DafriBank has signed a partnership deal as the Premier Sponsor of the biggest Crypto-Blockchain gathering in Africa; Blockchain Africa Conference (BAC) holding on the 17 - 18 March 2022.
The event was pioneered by Bitcoin Events in 2015 as the first of its kind in Africa. Over the years BAC has seen rapid growth and have attracted great leaders and key players in blockchain and cryptocurrency industries round the globe, including Charles Hoskinson; Founder of Cardano and co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain platform, Samuel Bankman-Fried; Founder at Alameda Research and CEO and Founder of FTX, just to mention a few.
The sponsorship was signed by our Chairman on January 19th 2022, making DafriBank the Premier Sponsor for this year's edition. The previous sponsors are: Absa Group, ConsenSys, Bankserv, Binance, Crypto.com, Algorand, AAVE, Bybit, and Altercoin Trader.
Subject discussion in BAC is settled around blockchain technology's opportunities and adaptation globally and in Africa with over 1.3 billion potential users.
